Your role, your journey | Te Huarahi Whakatipu As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical support across broadband and mobile services. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, equipment, and service issues while delivering an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.
