Basic Requirements Proven experience in data science or related capacity, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with analytical and interpersonal dimensions Competence in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering) High emotional intelligence, excellent communication abilities, and a kid-friendly coaching approach Demonstrated experience creating workflows and automations using AI A minimum of 1 year working directly with K-8 students Availability during required core hours of 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
