Position Overview We’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy CSS Sales Representative to join our business development team. In this role, you'll combine basic web design knowledge—especially CSS—with strong sales skills to connect clients with Pentoz’s cutting-edge digital solutions. You’ll be instrumental in bridging the gap between clients’ design needs and our development teams. Key Responsibilities Client Outreach & Prospecting Identify and reach out to prospective clients across various industries needing design or UI/UX-driven web solutions. Solution Selling Communicate the value of Pentoz’s front-end development services, especially how clean, responsive CSS design enhances user experience and business performance. Technical Understanding Use your working knowledge of CSS (selectors, layouts, media queries, animations) to explain how design customization, responsiveness, and branding can be achieved through styling. Consultative Sales Approach Work closely with clients to understand their digital presence goals, recommend tailored web solutions, and offer design-driven service packages. Collaboration with Internal Teams Liaise between clients and design/development teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and achievable. Pipeline Management Track leads, deals, and customer interactions using CRM tools; maintain detailed and organized sales reports. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in digital, web, or IT sales. Basic understanding of CSS and web styling principles. Strong communication skills, especially in presenting visual/web-based solutions. Ability to identify client pain points and translate them into actionable design solutions. Familiarity with front-end tools like Chrome DevTools, WordPress, or design platforms like Figma is a plus. Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Preferred Qualifications Background in selling UI/UX, front-end development, or web design services. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or responsive web frameworks is an added advantage.
