CSO (FX Derivatives Platform)

About We are building institutional-grade on-chain infrastructure that enables synthetic currency exposure, embedded hedging, and composable risk management across global markets. Our ambition is to create a foundational market layer for programmable finance. We are looking for a Co-CEO / CSO to help architect, scale, and institutionalize this infrastructure. The Role This is a leadership role that spans three core areas: Market Design Define pricing architecture and exposure balancing mechanisms Structure capital efficiency and liquidity frameworks Establish robust risk and solvency models Ecosystem and Institutional Strategy Lead integrations with funds, fintechs, credit platforms and blockchain ecosystems Develop API and SDK distribution pathways Position the platform as core financial infrastructure Capital and Governance Shape liquidity provisioning strategy Co-lead institutional relationships Establish durable governance and economic guardrails Profile Deep expertise in FX, derivatives, or financial market structure Strong understanding of crypto-native systems Systems thinker with institutional credibility Entrepreneurial operator, comfortable going from architecture to partnerships
