Your goal is to find the marginal gains that drive ROI without increasing player fatigue. Advanced Segmentation: Move beyond basic lists. You’ll apply RFM, VIP tiers, and behavioral logic to ensure the right player gets the right offer at the right time. Lifecycle & Automation: You don’t just fill a calendar; you build journeys. You’ll own the logic for automated flows and A/B testing frameworks to constantly refine our "Early Life" and "Retention" paths. Commercial Gatekeeping: Manage the delicate balance between bonus cost and profitability . You ensure we aren't "over-bonusing" and that every campaign is backed by a clear performance rationale. Analytic Partnership: Work as a "power duo" with CRM Performance Analysts to translate raw data into actionable, high-converting campaign plans. What You Bring You have 2–3+ years of experience, specifically in a CRM role in the online casino industry. You understand player value and lifecycle marketing logic. You have a creative spark for messaging and offers, but you are grounded in Value Segmentation Analysis. You have a proven track record of using A/B testing to optimize subject lines, offer structures, and send times. You are meticulous with calendars and timelines.
