About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative and conversion-focused Web Designer who can transform ideas into exceptional digital experiences. This is not a role for someone who simply creates attractive layouts—we need a designer who understands user psychology, modern design trends, brand storytelling, and conversion optimization.

You will be responsible for designing visually stunning, high-performing websites that help businesses generate leads, build trust, and drive measurable growth.

What You'll Do

• Design modern, premium-quality websites from concept to final UI.
• Create high-converting landing pages focused on lead generation and sales.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes.
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and content teams.
• Translate brand guidelines into compelling digital experiences.
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Apply UX best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
• Create design systems and scalable component libraries.
• Stay current with emerging design trends, AI tools, and web technologies.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing modern website and landing page designs.
• Advanced proficiency in: Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles.
• Strong typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy skills.
• Experience designing websites for B2B, SaaS, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or E-commerce brands.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions.

Bonus Points

• Experience designing in WordPress.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
• Familiarity with UK, Australian, or US accountancy or paraplanning markets.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Understanding of SEO and conversion optimization.
• Experience using AI-powered design tools.
