We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Creative Team Project Manager to handle the logistical, operational, and scheduling aspects of our projects. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director and Content Director, oversee team coordination, manage client communications, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

• Monitor schedules and timelines for the Creative Director and Content Director + team to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
• Attend calls and meetings (on and off camera) to track progress, ensure discussions remain focused, take detailed notes, and help manage time effectively so meetings stay on schedule.
• Provide timely reminders and alerts to keep the Creative Director and team on track.

• Serve as a liaison for clients, managing clear and consistent communication regarding timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively address challenges with the creative team
• Liaison between the creative team and producers regarding timelines and deliverables on each show.

• Arrange and oversee travel logistics for video shoots, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate with the Technical Director for technical specifications, equipment setup, and event schedules.
• Source, engage, and manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers.

• Manage digital asset libraries and implement file organization systems to ensure easy access and version control.
• Maintain best practices for workflow efficiency and compliance with licensing and legal requirements.
• Track deliverables at each project phase to ensure they meet client expectations and GJS standards.
• All content has been reviewed and notes have been implemented prior to client review.

• Lead post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and identify areas for improvement for organization and workflow.
• Track and report project metrics, including client satisfaction, budget adherence, and on-time delivery.

• 3–5 years of experience in project management in a creative environment, preferably in media, events, or production-related industries.
• Experience in motion graphic design and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Demonstrated success overseeing complex, multi-phase projects with many stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and strong attention to detail.
• Proven proficiency in scheduling, logistics, and coordination of teams (both in-house and freelance).
• Experience arranging and managing travel logistics, including contingency planning for disruptions.
• Strong ability to manage time effectively for yourself and others, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms (Slack).
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and interpersonal—suitable for client and vendor interactions.

• Willingness to travel nationally or internationally as required for on-site events or shoots.
• Availability for occasional weekend or after-hours work during critical project
