This is a hybrid strategist–producer role: part editorial strategist, part hands-on content creator. We need a builder who develops and produces the work, writes the page, designs the graphic, builds the newsletter, and ships it compliant and on-brand. What you'll do Write and optimize website copy, landing pages, and blog content using SEO and E-E-A-T principles (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness). Produce platform-tuned social copy: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube (titles, descriptions, YouTube SEO), and YT Community posts. Design visually appealing graphics and assets for social media and the website. Build newsletters end to end in HubSpot or comparable tools — layout, copy, segmentation, send. Get hands-on with the required tooling: email platforms, CMS (WordPress), schedulers, basic analytics. Produce creative, original content that stays within legal and advertising compliance; route everything through attorney review before it goes live. Maintain a hopeful, credible voice. Default content language is Spanish, English where required. No fear-based messaging, no outcome guarantees. What you need Portfolio spanning both copy and design. SEO and E-E-A-T copywriting experience. Hands-on proficiency with an email/marketing platform (HubSpot preferred) and a CMS (WordPress a plus). Design tool fluency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent). Comfort in a compliance-sensitive, attorney-reviewed environment. Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred. A self-starter who treats "no one's built this yet" as a green light. Bonus: Video editing/short-form production, professional-services marketing experience, basic HTML.
