Creative Design Manager Creative Design Manager 📍 Glasgow (Hybrid) | 🌍 Global remit | 💼 Full-time | Salary £55,000-£65,000 About the Role This is a high-impact, hands-on Creative & Design Lead role sitting at the intersection of creative strategy, design execution and AI-enabled production. Reporting into the Director of Brand, you will be responsible for bringing our global brands to life across every touchpoint – from packaging and print to digital campaigns, social and product launches. A key early focus will be the rapid global rollout of new brand guidelines. You will act as guardian of the brand identity, creative engine of the team, and a key driver of how we scale creative output without agencies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on pace, ideas, execution and innovation – and is excited by the opportunity to build, not just maintain, a global brand. Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Campaign Ideation Develop bold, insight-led campaign ideas across global brands Translate strategy into creative concepts and launch toolkits Proactively bring new ideas, trends and formats to the table Hands-on Design & Execution Deliver high-quality creative across print, digital, social, packaging and video Work confidently across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Ensure strong brand consistency across all outputs Brand & Guidelines Ownership Lead rollout and ongoing application of global brand guidelines Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates and asset libraries Act as brand guardian across all markets and touchpoints AI-Native Creative Delivery Use AI tools to accelerate creative output and workflows Build prompts, guardrails and scalable AI design processes Champion AI adoption across the brand and wider business Collaboration & Leadership Partner closely with Brand Managers and Director of Brand Provide creative direction and elevate output across the team Manage multiple projects at pace in a fast-moving environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years in a senior creative or design role (D2C or digital-first preferred) Strong portfolio showing both creative thinking and executional excellence Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma Strong experience across print, digital and campaign work Comfortable working at speed in a scaling, fast-paced environment Already using AI tools in a practical, embedded way Strong communicator who can challenge briefs and influence stakeholders Experience with motion/video and UX/web design (nice to have) Personal Attributes Bold, creative thinker with strong strategic awareness Hands-on and self-sufficient – no reliance on agencies High energy, resilient and comfortable with pace and ambiguity Strong collaborator who elevates those around them Passionate about building standout brand work at scale Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
