Role Purpose This is a full-time role for an experienced Corporate Sales Account Manager. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and fostering strong relationships. This hybrid role is based in Dublin but allows for some work from home flexibility. The Corporate Sales Account Manager will work in our commercial team to develop new opportunities for our managed IT and managed security services. Key Responsibilities Corporate Sales Account Management – covering all aspects of the customer relationship: · Managing a portfolio of existing accounts to achieve long-term success. · Regular communication with existing customers to maintain strong relationships. · Generating new business in existing accounts. · Managing new business opportunities from marketing through the sales cycle to closure. · Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. · Maintain positive and proactive line of communication between the lines of business as well as senior leadership; includes developing and delivering accurate forecast and attainment details during weekly and quarterly business reviews. · Capacity to work on cross-functional projects and teams as needed as well as using internal resources to problem-solve.
