Our Corporate Development team plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisitions and strategic initiatives that expand our national footprint and strengthen our network. About the Role Given the pace of growth at 123Dentist, the purpose of this posting is to engage potential candidates who may be considered in the future for an active employment opportunity as we continue to grow. As a Corporate Development Analyst, you will support the evaluation and execution of acquisition opportunities and strategic corporate initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with senior leaders to build financial models, support due diligence, and prepare materials for executive and Board-level discussions. This role sits at the centre of our growth engines supporting M&A activity, pipeline management, and strategic analysis that directly informs enterprise decision-making. What You’ll Do Conduct financial analysis to evaluate acquisition and strategic growth opportunities Support due diligence processes including data gathering, validation, and documentation Assist in maintaining and tracking the corporate development pipeline and reporting updates Build and refine financial models to support valuation and investment decisions Prepare executive and Board-level presentations and supporting materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, Operations, and Integration teams Support acquisition execution activities and post-transaction integration planning Contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all financial and analytical deliverables Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to senior leadership as required What You Bring Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field Internship or co-op experience in investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or deal advisory will be considered towards relevant experience Strong exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and/or transaction support Experience supporting due diligence, research, or deal execution is an asset Pursuing or completion of CFA, CPA, or CBV is considered an asset Skills & Abilities Strong financial analysis and financial modelling skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation development High attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into insights and recommendations Collaborative team player with a proactive and professional approach French language skills are considered an asset Why Join 123Dentist?
