The firm has an opening for a service-minded and bright Corporate Officer to manage intricate administrative tasks. Previous experience in a similar role in Malta is a requirement to be considered for this role. The role is offered on full-time hybrid remote basis with a starting salary of up to €35K + excellent benefits and ample opportunity for professional growth. Role & Responsibilities Manage, build and maintain a strong relationship with a portfolio of clients Perform general corporate administration duties and assist with compliance issues Collection of CDD and EDD Prepare corporate documents for review and coordinate their signing and filing Prepare and submit documentation for company registrations and structural changes, such as share transfers and director updates Ensure compliance with deadlines for filing annual returns, BO confirmations, and other statutory forms Assist with client bank account openings, liaise with banks, and attend meetings to offer administrative support Communicating with other departments within the company and ensure smooth service delivery Collaborate with MFSA, MBR and other authorities Education, Skills & Experience Formal education in a related field (MQF 5 min) 2+ years of experience in a corporate administration role in Malta - non-negotiable Excellent English communication skills at a C2/native level, both written and spoken Excellent computer, internet and research literacy Multitasker with the ability to work in a fast paced environment Beyond reproach integrity and professionalism About the Role Starting salary of up to €35K Hybrid with flexible hours (three days in the office and two days remotely) Breakfast, coffee, and fruit at the office Health Insurance Health and Wellness Allowance Free Parking Professional growth opportunities Opportunity for study support, both financially and in terms of mentoring Please, apply with your detailed CV in English *JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
