Copywriter (D2C brands)

We're looking for a German-speaking Performance Copywriter to join a fast-growing, fully remote performance marketing team managing large-scale advertising campaigns for leading D2C brands.

This is an opportunity to work with substantial media budgets, receive immediate feedback on your work through real performance metrics, and continuously develop your skills in a fast-paced, testing-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Write high-converting advertorials and long-form sales copy for D2C health, beauty, and wellness brands
• Research customer psychology through reviews, forums, support tickets, and campaign data to uncover winning angles
• Use AI-powered workflows to accelerate content production while ensuring final copy feels fully human and persuasive
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, and ROAS to optimize copy and creative strategies
• Produce and test multiple creative variations quickly and efficiently
• Identify weak points in underperforming campaigns and develop stronger hooks, leads, angles, and offers
• Collaborate closely with media buyers and creative teams to scale winning concepts

What We're Looking ForEssential Requirements

• Professional-level German language skills with excellent copywriting ability
• 2–3+ years of experience in direct response, conversion, or performance copywriting
• Strong understanding of copywriting frameworks, customer psychology, and conversion principles
• Ability to write compelling hooks, leads, mechanisms, proof elements, objection handling, and calls-to-action
• Self-driven work style with excellent time management and accountability
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Interest in AI tools and the ability to improve AI-generated drafts into high-performing marketing copy

Nice to Have

• Experience writing advertorials for native advertising platforms such as Taboola or Outbrain
• Experience within D2C, eCommerce, health, beauty, or supplement brands
• Familiarity with Google Ads and performance marketing ecosystems
• Understanding of media buying, CRO, and creative testing processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: €40,000–€55,000
• Full-time permanent contract
• 25 vacation days
• 6-month probation period
