What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Contracts Monitoring Coordinator to join our team! This position is responsible for monitoring contracts with certain providers and contractors in accordance with guidelines set forth within the contract. Monitoring of the contract is also to ensure compliance with the contract, state and federal regulations as well as our agency’s policies and procedures. The position is accountable for contract performance activities for their assigned caseload of providers/contractors. This position will be responsible for maintaining communication with and updating the Associate Vice President of Contracts and the Contracts Manager-Monitoring on legal, regulatory, and other trends and needs, with respect to their caseload. This position is the lead for their assigned caseload and will assist providers as needed in resolving invoicing or other contractual problems including making connections with other Trillium teams. This position facilitates resolution of contractual and operational issues to enhance contract performance. On a typical day, you might: Provide oversight of assigned provider contracts and/or agreements as well as the ongoing contract monitoring of assigned contracts for compliance. Receive, review, and compile provider reporting to ensure reporting meets the requirements of the contract and participate in annual contract reviews. Communicate and act as a liaison with assigned providers/contractors regarding problems with contracts and/or payment of contracts. Perform periodic and specific reviews of metrics in an effort to maximize contract performance and continuous improvement. Educate providers regarding performance requirements set forth in the contract for program-specific performance measures. Employee Benefits: Trillium knows that work/life balance is essential. Must have a valid driver’s license Must reside within North Carolina Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
