Contract Manager @ Adhesive Media We're one of the fastest-growing YouTube sponsorship agencies in the world. We connect some of the biggest creators on YouTube with the brands that want to reach their audiences. Right now we run 50+ active deals at any given time - 100+ contracts a month - and we're tripling that in the next year. This role is at the center of all of it. THE ROLE Every deal we close lands on your desk. The brand sends their contract. You read it, flag what's off, draft the creator-side agreement, push back where needed, and get everything signed. You're the reason our creators feel protected and our deals don't fall apart over a clause. This isn't a law firm. These contracts aren't complicated. But they require someone who reads carefully, thinks fast, and doesn't drop the ball when 50 things are moving at once. WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO - Review incoming brand contracts and identify what needs to be negotiated - Draft creator agreements using our templates (we have a solid system - you'll improve it) - Handle redlines with brand legal teams and creator managers - Manage a shared inbox with a 24-hour turnaround on anything we draft - Keep our deal pipeline updated in Airtable so nothing slips WHO YOU ARE You don't need to have worked at a law firm. You do need to have a sharp legal mind, a high tolerance for detail, and a genuine interest in the YouTube and creator space - because that context matters more than you'd think when you're negotiating on behalf of a creator. You're probably someone who: has a paralegal background or studied law, has dealt with commercial contracts before, moves fast without getting sloppy, and actually uses the internet - like, really uses it. You know who MrBeast is. You've watched a sponsored segment. You understand why this space is exploding. You are not someone who needs everything to be formal and slow. This company moves quickly and you need to love that. MUST-HAVES - Experience reviewing and drafting commercial contracts (40+ a month is ideal, but we care more about quality than volume) - Paralegal training, legal studies, or equivalent hands-on experience - no law degree required - Sharp written English - you can write a professional email and a tight redline comment - Genuinely organized - not "I have a system" organized, but actually nothing slips through the cracks organized - Fast learner with tools; you pick up new software without being walked through every click NICE TO HAVE - Agency or media experience - Familiarity with influencer/creator contracts specifically - PandaDoc experience - Any experience with negotiation or mediation THE STACK Airtable, Asana, Slack, Missive, Notion, Google Workspace, PandaDoc. If you've used most of these, you'll feel at home. WHAT THIS ROLE ISN'T You're not setting deal terms or pricing - that's the sales team. You're not the final word on novel legal risk - you escalate that. You're the person who makes sure everything that was agreed on actually ends up in the contract correctly and gets signed. THE DETAILS - Fully remote, based in South Africa - 9am to 5pm EST availability - Reports directly to the CEO - $2,500/month
