Contracts Manager – Clinical Research Remote (UK) | Full-time or 4-day option available Accelerating Clinical Trials Ltd (ACT) is a growing social enterprise delivering blood cancer clinical trials across the UK. We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the drafting, negotiation, and management of clinical research contracts and agreements. What you’ll do: Lead negotiations and redlining of clinical trial and commercial agreements Manage contract lifecycles, approvals, and compliance Support GDPR/data sharing agreements and risk management Develop contract templates, dashboards, and process improvements Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, and Business Development teams What we’re looking for: 4+ years’ experience in contracts within CRO, biotech, pharma, or healthcare Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Experience with CTAs, vendor agreements, DPAs, and GDPR Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Experience with Smartsheet, dashboards, or contract systems is a bonus This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a mission-driven organisation focused on improving outcomes for blood cancer patients.
