You don’t ask “what should I post today?” - you ask “what does this brand need to achieve this quarter, and how does content help get us there?” You understand B2C buying psychology and how to move audiences from scroll to table. You know how to turn content into measurable growth. You lead content strategy across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and websites, ensuring every touchpoint aligns with brand positioning, audience behaviour, and business goals. You own content calendars from planning through execution, develop creative briefs and messaging frameworks, and help guide content production through clear creative direction and shot lists. You write with intention. Your copy is clear, on-brand, and built to perform whether it’s a 3-word CTA for a Meta ad or a full email nurture sequence. You understand that tone is a strategy. You stay ahead of trends, platform behaviour, and cultural moments to create social strategies that feel relevant, engaging, and native to each platform. You know how to identify winning ideas and scale them. You use audience insights, performance data, and platform learnings to continuously optimize content across channels and formats. You own quality. Every piece of content that goes out under your watch reflects your standards. You review, refine, and push for better because you genuinely care about the work. This job is for you if: 💼 3+ years in digital marketing with a strong content strategy focus 📱 Proven experience creating content across social media, email, and paid ads ✍️ Strong copywriting skills across social, email, ads, and short-form content 📅 Experience managing content calendars and overseeing creative quality 🗣️ Fluent English (C1+) 🤝 Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments 🤖 Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini - you use them, not fear them) Bonus Points For Experience with restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality brands Familiarity with Sprout Social, Monday.com, Figma, or Canva Experience planning content shoots (shot lists, creative direction) Short-form video editing skills for social media Experience with influencer or creator collaboration Experience supporting paid social campaigns or working alongside performance marketing teams Basic Quebec French | Reading/Written (not required, but a plus) Speak Spanish (not required, but a plus).
