Welcome! If you've been looking for a new company to switch to that recognizes your effort and makes you feel seen , let me share a little bit about who we are! The Wellness Company is a pet-focused brand dedicated to helping dogs live more comfortably through non-invasive, results-driven solutions. We operate a small team of 15 people and our main focus is on helping older dogs live longer. As a growing, performance-driven company, we place a heavy emphasis on how our ideas show up in the real world — especially through the creatives that drive our growth. What you're applying for We're hiring a Content Ad Strategist who can think before they brief. This isn't a coordinator role. It's a high-impact position at the intersection of strategy, copy, and creative execution — and the people who thrive here are the ones who can watch a winning ad, understand exactly why it works, and turn that into something repeatable. In your first 3–6 months, success means: Producing creatives that move the needle across campaigns Bringing angles and hooks that nobody on the team thought of yet Raising the bar on clarity, quality, and creative direction You'll work closely with a small, fast-moving team where good ideas get launched — not buried in approval cycles. What you'll own Ad concepts across static and video formats Turning real insights — reviews, Reddit, UGC, competitor ads — into native-feeling creative direction Iterating on winners and knowing when to kill what isn't working Keeping the testing pipeline fed with fresh, purposeful variations What you'll do Develop concepts that balance performance and authenticity Think in angles and hooks, not just deliverables Work across copy, visuals, and structure without waiting to be asked Use data and feedback to get better — not defensive Push for the right idea, not the safe one What we're looking for Someone who cuts through noise Great taste on hooks and direction Strong instincts for copy, tone, and what makes people stop scrolling Ability to think in concepts first, execution second Familiarity with tools like Figma and CapCut What success looks like Ads that feel intentional, native, and hard to ignore A consistent creative output that the team can build on New angles that open up audiences we haven't reached yet A higher standard across everything we put out
