We are looking for an experienced and operationally strong Content Lead to manage the day-to-day workflow, reporting, and creative direction of our content team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution , responsible for overseeing the Senior Video Editor, Jr. Editor, and Social Media Manager to ensure the content pipeline runs on time, on brand, and at scale. The ideal candidate is an organized, communicative leader who can hold the team accountable to output goals while driving creative quality and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Own the content calendar: plan, assign, and track all content projects from brief to publish Ensure the creative team have clear daily priorities and deadlines. Remove blockers that slow production, coordinate asset delivery, approvals, and cross-team dependencies. Maintain a real-time view of team capacity and redistribute workload as needed to hit publishing targets. Compile and deliver weekly and monthly content performance reports to leadership, covering publishing output, engagement metrics, and team productivity. Track key performance indicators across platforms and content formats; translate data into strategic recommendations. Monitor the team’s output volume and quality, flagging gaps or inconsistencies early. Lead content briefing sessions to align the team on campaign goals, messaging, formats, and timelines. Provide creative direction and feedback on video content, captions, and community strategy to ensure brand consistency. Conduct regular check-ins with each team member to assess progress, resolve issues, and provide feedback. Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities within the team; make recommendations for training or process improvements. Foster a high-accountability, high-support team culture where daily output targets are non-negotiable and creativity is encouraged. Qualifications: Bachelor in marketing, communication or similar 5+ years of experience in content management, digital media, or creative project management. Proven track record managing a multi-person creative team in a fast-paced, high-output environment. Strong understanding of video content production, social media platforms, and content lifecycle from ideation to publishing. Experience with project management tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to give clear, actionable feedback and direction High degree of ownership, reliability, and proactive problem-solving.
