As a Content Designer you will build and scale high-performing creative assets that produce scroll-stopping visuals and videos to drive off-Amazon growth. This role is responsible for creating high converting content across Meta, TikTok, Amazon, and websites directly contributing to revenue, customer acquisition, and brand equity. As they continue to scale, they are expanding their creative team and looking for a passionate, skilled, and self-motivated Content Designer to support their marketing and content initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing company where creativity, ownership, and adaptability are highly valued, and where individuals can contribute both to brand growth and a broader global mission. Duties and Responsibilities: • Build & Execute the Creative Engine by producing 8-10 high quality posts/videos weekly for Meta Ads o Produce 8–10 performance-driven creatives per week (video + static) designed to improve CTR, engagement, and conversions o Execute the creative mix weekly by creating 1. Product Assets Features, durability, real use cases→ 2. Educational Assets “How to make coffee while camping”,→brewing tips 3. Lifestyle Assets Outdoor, camping, aspirational storytelling→ 4. Brand Story Assets Veteran-owned, mission, behind-the-→scenes 5. UGC / Entertainment Assets Customer clips, funny/relatable→videos o Create multiple variations of winning creatives & refresh creatives every 7–10 days to prevent ad fatigue o Craft strong hooks within the first 2–3 seconds of every video & Ensure each video communicates clear value and drives action • Leverage AI tools to Scale Creative Output by increasing creative speed, volume, and variation without compromising quality. o Utilize tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika, and other AI platforms for 1. Creative ideation 2. Asset generation 3. Video enhancement and editing o Produce faster iterations and multiple variations of each concept using AI o Continuously experiment with new AI workflows to improve efficiency and output o Stay ahead of AI content trends and apply them to improve creative performance o Increase creative output efficiency by 2–3x using AI-driven workflows • Support & Design High-Quality Creatives to Improve Conversions across Amazon and D2C Channels o Create Amazon listing images, A+ content, and infographics optimized for conversion o Design website banners, landing page creatives, and email visuals that support campaigns and promotions o Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms o Align creatives with product positioning, customer intent, and funnel stage • Continuously Improve Creative Performance by using data and feedback loops to identify, scale, and optimize winning creatives. o Identify winning creative patterns (hooks, formats, messaging) o Double down on high-performing creatives and iterate on them o Collaborate with the Off-Amazon Growth team to: 1. Align creatives with campaign goals 2. Translate performance data into new creative directions 3. Continuously improve output based on real campaign results
