Content & Community Internship

Zomunk is a discovery-first international flight deal platform for Indian travelers. We don’t book flights; we continuously scan the globe to find rare, unusually low fares (like Milan for ₹25K round-trip) and alert our community. We are expanding our creator network and looking for an execution-focused intern to run our UGC channel.

This is a hybrid role blending Content Execution and Community Operations. You will be managing a chatroom and you are owning the daily creative pipeline for dozens of creators, ensuring high-volume output without a drop in quality.

This role has strong potential to convert into a Full-Time Position for the right candidate based on performance during the internship.

• Creator Operations: Filter incoming creator applications, handle onboarding logistics, send out agreements, and help manage our daily Discord channel.
• Scriptwriting: Write raw, natural, first-person scripts tailored for UGC creators.
• Quality & Feedback: Review daily video drafts submitted by creators. Give sharp, constructive feedback on camera energy, text formatting, and pacing.

• Work Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM (Remote)
• Internship Stipend: ₹10,000 / month. Possibility of converting into a full-time role based on performance.

• Natural Copywriting: Ability to write casual, first-person scripts that sound like a travel-savvy friend, not a marketer. No corporate or salesy buzzwords.
• Basic Video Editing & Visual Eye: Hands-on experience editing vertical videos (CapCut, VN, or InShot) and an eye for clean, modern aesthetic aesthetics (fonts, alignment, lighting).
• Mobile Filming Knowledge: A solid understanding of framing, lighting, and how to guide creators on shooting clean on-camera shots and over-the-shoulder phone screens.
• High Operational Discipline: Extremely organized. You need to be comfortable tracking dozens of creators daily, holding them accountable to strict posting deadlines, and keeping logs updated.
