We replace fragmented networking with a structured routing engine, building verified pipelines for capital, talent, and institutional partnerships across the Silicon Valley–Africa corridor. Our media arm is where we build the global narrative and institutional trust required for cross-border scale. We tell the stories that serious people in the global capital community need to hear, and can’t find anywhere else. We are growing fast and building the team that will define how this story gets told. The Role This is a hands-on content operations role. You will source, shape, and distribute content that puts the right people in front of the right audiences. You will have real editorial ownership from day one. You will report directly to the Head of Media and work closely with our team across multiple time zones. What You’ll Do Source and clip video content from conferences, interviews, and public appearances by founders, investors, and policymakers Manage and grow our presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and X Research and track key voices, newsletters, and channels covering emerging market business and investment Systematically test content formats (hooks, length, captions, voiceover) and report clearly on what is working and why Build and maintain a content calendar across upcoming events and ongoing programming Support logistics for interviews, panels, and live event coverage What We’re Looking For Genuine interest in emerging markets, finance, or tech media Strong editorial instincts — you know within 10 seconds whether a clip is worth watching Comfortable with video editing tools like CapCut, Premiere, or an equivalent Self-directed and proactive Clear written communicator who can adapt tone across platforms Bonus: You have grown a channel, newsletter, or social account from scratch Bonus: You speak Arabic, French, Hausa, or Swahili Why This Is Worth Your Time • Embedded in a global network of founders, investors, and operators across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond • Real editorial ownership — your instincts will shape what we publish • Front-row seat to how capital moves across emerging markets • If you are excellent, this becomes a full-time role • You will produce work that opens doors in media, tech, and the global capital ecosystem To Apply Apply here ➡ https://tinyurl.com/siliconxchange
