Job Title: Contact Center Agent – German Speaker Job Summary: We are looking for a fluent German-speaking Contact Center Agent to join our customer support team. The role involves handling customer interactions through inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and emails , while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, live chat, and email in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently Document all customer interactions clearly in the system Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when needed Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality Meet individual and team performance targets (KPIs) Requirements: Fluent/Native German (spoken and written) Good command of English is an advantage Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask across calls, chat, and email channels Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
