Minimum 1-2 years of mortgage sales experience in a Consumer Direct environment preferred. Strong knowledge of mortgage products, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proficiency in mortgage software and CRM systems.
