ABOUT THE ROLE • Provide end-to-end customer support for product and service related requests • Guide customers on correct usage of household appliances • Manage complaints by identifying root causes and applying resolution steps • Document interactions accurately in internal systems • Follow quality guidelines and compliance requirements C. DAILY TASKS • Respond to customer contacts via phone, email, and chat within service targets • Troubleshoot common issues using knowledge base articles and standard checklists • Process refunds/exchanges and update order details in internal tools • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team with complete case notes • Follow up on open cases until closure and confirmation D.
