We are growing quickly and looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals who enjoy structured work, learning new systems, and supporting customer implementations. The Role We are looking for a junior Configuration Analyst to help configure fields, templates, and workflows within our platform. A large portion of this role involves configuring fields onto PDF documents and ensuring layouts, workflows, and data mappings are accurate. This work can be repetitive and detail-heavy, so success in this role requires strong focus, consistency, patience, and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with the Implementation Lead, Product, Operations, and QA teams to support customer implementations and platform updates. This role is ideal for someone who: enjoys process-oriented work, is highly detail-oriented, learns quickly, and takes pride in accuracy and consistency.
