Key Responsibilities: • Review and assess analytical rubrics for computational genomics projects, ensuring they meet scientific and operational standards. • Evaluate sequence alignment strategies and assess the effectiveness of CRISPR design tools. • Interpret and synthesize results from large-scale genomics data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. • Develop and implement bioinformatics pipelines, integrating data from various sources and ensuring data quality and integrity. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop guidelines and standards for genomics data analysis and interpretation.
