Compliance Officer – Mortgage Brokerage | Fully Remote | Part time A growing Dublin-based mortgage brokerage is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to support the next phase of expansion. Due to continued business growth, we are looking to hire a commercially aware compliance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. This role can be structured on either a full-time or part-time basis and is fully remote, offering excellent flexibility for the right candidate. Key Areas of Responsibility: Oversight and enhancement of compliance processes, controls and procedures Supporting first and second line of defence activities Advising on regulatory requirements across mortgages and consumer lending Ensuring adherence to the Consumer Credit Act, GDPR and evolving AI EU Act obligations Assisting with compliance monitoring, audits, reporting and policy updates Working closely with senior management to support a strong compliance culture Ideal Profile: Previous compliance experience within mortgages, banking, lending or financial services Strong knowledge of Irish regulatory requirements and consumer protection frameworks Experience operating within a brokerage or lender environment advantageous Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setting Commercially minded with strong attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced compliance professional seeking flexibility, autonomy and the chance to join a business with ambitious growth plans.
