This role plays a critical part in strengthening governance, supporting multi‑country operations, and safeguarding Bridge Carbon against compliance risks, including fraud, data protection breaches, and misconduct. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, calm confidence, and a values‑driven approach. What You’ll Be Doing Maintain and update global compliance policies and governance frameworks. Monitor global regulatory requirements related to responsible business conduct and update policies as needed. Conduct compliance risk assessments, identify gaps, and implement effective compliance management systems. Deliver compliance training to employees and maintain accurate training records. Conduct enhanced due diligence on business partners where required. Manage the Gift and Hospitality Register. Oversee the Speak‑Up process and investigate reported concerns or potential violations. Advise on ethical dilemmas and conflicts of interest. Support global statutory filings, entity governance, and cross‑border compliance obligations. Monitor and strengthen internal controls to prevent fraud, misconduct, and financial irregularities. Conduct investigations into suspected fraud or policy breaches with discretion and professionalism. Support internal and external compliance audits as required. Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organisation. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree: Law, Compliance, Governance, Environmental Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in compliance, governance, or risk roles within multinational or multi‑jurisdictional organisations. Experience with fraud risk management, investigations, or internal controls. Strong understanding of global regulatory environments and data protection requirements. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural, geographically dispersed teams.
