Job Title – Compliance Monitoring Manager Location – Home based, with monthly in person meetings in Bristol or the Northwest Salary – Between £52k and 60k based on a 37.5 hour week, depending on experience Contract Type - Permanent Regulation is here for a reason. You’ll be confident in managing our risk framework, due diligence, compliance monitoring plan, and offering support, advice and guidance during projects. To be a successful Compliance Monitoring Manager, you’ll need: Experience in a compliance role, within the consumer credit sector Working knowledge of the FCA handbook Great outcomes monitoring experience A proactive approach to your work, using your own initiative and resourcefulness to shape the role The integrity and flexibility to work in a constantly changing environment where compliance is vital to our success A day in the life of our Compliance Monitoring Manager will involve: Compliance Monitoring against our monitoring plan Managing our risk framework, including our risk register and management reporting Managing our due diligence processes to ensure third parties are continuously assessed through the relationship cycle from onboarding to ongoing annual assessment Monitoring and working with our teams to ensure our websites, financial promotions and other work is in line with our regulatory obligations Offering advice and guidance to team members during projects and day-to-day activities Ensuring our teams are kept up to date with any changes that impact our business Creating and providing reports to our senior leadership team In return for your time and expertise you’ll get: A salary between £52k and 60k, dependent on experience 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Access to our profit Related Pay bonus scheme A pension through Nest
