We are seeking a motivated and proactive professional to join our Middle East Compliance team, based in Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to develop within a dynamic international financial services environment and gain broad exposure across compliance, risk management, governance and regulatory operations. The role reports directly to the Regional Head of Compliance and forms part of the wider Compliance team, working closely with the Compliance Officer and operational teams in supporting the Company’s ongoing regulatory and governance functions. Role Overview This position will provide compliance administration supporting across a number of key processes in the department. Support activities will be provided across both Skybound Wealth Management Limited (CMA) and Skybound Insurance Brokerage LLC (CBUAE) entities. Key Duties: Deliver and maintain World-Check One records Compile enhanced due diligence notes and supporting documentation Collate KYC / CDD documents Assist with client remediation projects Maintain key departmental trackers, including remediation trackers and evidence preparation Assist with the maintenance of internal registers, governance records and regulatory documentation Complete sanctions screening tasks for EOCN lists Assist with internal coordination, operational follow-ups and regulatory documentation requests Support monitoring activities relating to CMA and CBUAE requirements Complete other ad hoc tasks assigned by Regional Head of Compliance Requirements University degree in Risk Management, Law, Finance, Economics, Business, Business Management, Political Science or another relevant field Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong organisational and analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team Willingness to learn, develop and take on new areas of responsibility What We Offer Hybrid working environment in Mumbai Exposure to senior management and regulatory functions Professional development within an international financial services group Supportive and collaborative working environment Skybound Wealth Management is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
