What tasks are waiting for you? Analyze quality data to identify abnormal behavior, trends, and emerging product issues; Translate complex analyses into clear problem statements, failure hypotheses, and potential root causes; Communicate insights and recommendations to both technical stakeholders (Quality, R&D) and non-technical audiences; Proactively identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, or gaps that may impact conclusions; Maintain and develop dashboards and reports used for ongoing monitoring of product quality KPIs; Support cross-functional projects, SOP updates, and audits within your area of responsibility. You to bring: A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field; 1–2 years of experience working with data analysis, reporting, or analytics; A solid understanding of basic statistics, data interpretation, and structured problem-solving; Ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and draw meaningful conclusions; Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar; Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-technical audiences.; Fluency in English and Polish. It would be great if you have: Interest in or experience with AI-driven tools for data analysis and insight generation; Knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements; Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to hearing aids or medical devices. As a person, you are: Curious and confident enough to ask critical questions and challenge assumptions, including those made by technical experts; Comfortable working across functions and cultures in an international environment; Proactive, structured, and able to manage your own work and priorities; Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong focus on data quality and traceability; Strong in documentation and committed to producing clear, high-quality analyses.
