ts• 5-7+ years’ compensation and benefits experien
ce• Background in a large, global organisati
on• Strong reward cycle experience, including merit, bonus, benchmarking and pay equi
ty• Knowledge of U.S. compensation legislation, including FLSA, EPA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA and FM
LA• Familiarity with US state and Canadian compensation la
ws• Experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking da
ta• Strong Excel skills and HR systems experience, ideally SuccessFactors and S
AP• Confident working with legal, compliance and senior stakeholde
rs
