About the Role
We are hiring a Community Outreach Lead to find the owner-operators we're built to help and start real conversations with them. The work happens where they live: Facebook groups and communities for clinicians, Instagram threads, niche forums for dental practice owners, and local online spaces where small business owners gather. It calls for real participation in those communities and a kind of outreach that sounds like a human wrote it because a human did.
Your job is to learn each community, find the operators who would benefit from what we do, and reach out one-to-one in their voice and on their channel. M4M leadership handles discovery, proposals, and everything after.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with applied experience running outreach in community-rooted spaces, with examples they can walk us through. Someone who treats relationship-building as the craft.
This role is well-suited for someone who likes the early-stage feel of a small team, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and prefers being measured on engagement quality and outcomes over message volume. As an early team member, you will have meaningful influence over how this role evolves as the firm grows.
