Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in customer support and online community moderation, with a strong ability to resolve issues and address customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a genuine care for clear and empathetic messaging, and the ability to create effective written and verbal communications across channels. • Strong conflict management and de-escalation abilities, with a self-starter attitude and high energy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced remote setting. • Excellent time management skills in a remote work setting, with the ability to multitask under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. • Keen attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a willingness to go the extra mile to support community needs and ensure a positive experience for all members.
