About Blitzed Blitzed is a fast-growing crypto casino and sportsbook building a creator-led brand and a strong, loyal community. Our community lives on Telegram, Discord, and X , and we want it to feel fast, fun, and premium—while staying safe, compliant, and spam-free. The Role We’re hiring a Community Manager to own day-to-day community operations across Telegram, Discord, and X . You’ll drive engagement, build culture, run events, support campaigns, and keep the community healthy. You’ll be the voice of Blitzed and the bridge between users and the internal team. What You’ll Do Community Growth & Engagement Run daily community engagement across Telegram + Discord (and support growth on X ). Create and execute weekly content/event plans: prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, leaderboards. Build community culture: tone of voice, memes, rituals, community “moments,” and retention loops. Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates; create programs that reward loyalty and contribution. Moderation & Safety Maintain a clean environment: remove spam/scams, enforce rules, manage bans/mutes/warnings. Set up and manage moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response (raids, phishing attempts, impersonators). Recruit, train, and manage volunteer mods (where applicable) with clear shifts and SOPs. Comms & Coordination Post and coordinate announcements: product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, results, and updates. Liaise with Support/Risk/Payments teams to resolve user issues quickly and escalate serious cases. Collect structured feedback from users and report it back to Product/Growth (bugs, feature requests, friction points). X (Twitter) Support Support the brand presence on X: community replies, quote tweets, engagement, trend participation, and campaign coordination. Spot trending topics/memes and recommend angles that fit Blitzed’s voice. Community Ops & Reporting Maintain calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure. Track and report community KPIs: active users, message volume, sentiment, retention, event participation, support deflection. What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days) Telegram + Discord feel alive daily with consistent engagement and clear structure. Mods/SOPs in place; spam/scam incidents reduced with fast response. Weekly events cadence running smoothly (AMAs, tournaments, giveaways, quests). Clear community reporting + feedback loop into product and marketing.
