We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented to support the day-to-day management and performance of client social media accounts. This role sits at the centre of how our clients show up online. You will be responsible not only for nurturing digital communities, but also for ensuring content is scheduled accurately, engagement is tracked effectively, and insights are surfaced to support ongoing optimisation. Working closely with the Marketing Lead, you will combine executional discipline with analytical awareness, helping ensure that community activity contributes meaningfully to wider marketing performance and brand growth. What Success Looks Like Within 3 Months Confidently managing day-to-day engagement and scheduling across assigned accounts Ensuring content is published accurately and on time Maintaining clear visibility on engagement trends and audience signals Providing structured weekly engagement summaries Demonstrating strong tone alignment and brand sensitivity Within 6 Months Producing insightful performance commentary that goes beyond surface metrics Identifying optimisation opportunities proactively Supporting measurable improvements in engagement and audience growth Acting as a reliable operational partner to the Marketing Lead Contributing meaningfully to performance discussions and reporting cycles Tasks Community Management & Engagement Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages and mentions across client social media platforms Engage proactively with audiences in line with each client’s tone of voice and brand positioning Support post-publication engagement to optimise early visibility and interaction Build and nurture relationships with followers, creators and potential collaborators Maintain response templates and tone guidelines while ensuring communication remains personal and human Escalate sensitive enquiries, complaints or commercial opportunities in a timely and professional manner Content Scheduling & Platform Oversight Schedule and publish content across platforms in line with approved content calendars Ensure timely execution of planned campaigns and promotional activity Maintain accurate and up-to-date content calendars Flag content gaps, timing risks or scheduling conflicts proactively Coordinate with the Marketing Lead to ensure platform activity aligns with campaign objectives Analytics & Performance Insight Track engagement metrics, reach, growth trends and overall platform performance Monitor audience behaviour patterns and content interaction trends Contribute structured, data-led insights to monthly performance reviews Provide recommendations for optimisation based on engagement data and performance signals Identify emerging risks or performance drops and escalate appropriately Optimisation & Strategic Input Identify opportunities to improve engagement performance across platforms Provide insight into best-performing content types, themes and formats Surface recurring audience feedback that may inform future campaigns Contribute to performance discussions with thoughtful, data-informed observations Requirements 1–2 years’ experience in community management, social media management or digital marketing roles Excellent written communication and confidence in adapting tone across brands Experience scheduling content across multiple platforms Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools Ability to interpret engagement data and extract practical insight Good judgement around escalation and reputation management Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently Reliable internet and quiet workspace. Schedule: Monday to Friday Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM PHT Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor, remote (this must be your only job). No other employment or freelance projects.
