Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Community Development Intern. The primary responsibilities include supporting community engagement initiatives, fostering relationships with local partners, assisting with economic and community development projects, and managing various aspects of project coordination. The intern will collaborate with team members to strategize on ways to enhance local partnerships and develop impactful community programs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Community Engagement and Communication to foster meaningful relationships with stakeholders and audiences.
• Understanding of Community Development and Economic Development principles to help drive impactful initiatives.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including the ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Familiarity with or interest in rewards programs or consumer engagement platforms is a plus.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Community Development, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
