About Genie Vault
We are preparing to launch the Open Beta of Genie Vault — a new AI shopping assistant that helps people turn everyday receipts and purchase details into a useful shopping memory.
Genie Vault is designed to help users understand what they actually buy, keep useful shopping details in one place, ask better questions about their spending, and receive more relevant support over time.
During the Open Beta, users will test the app, interact with Genie, share feedback, report issues and help us improve the product before a wider launch.
To support this next phase, we are looking for an Open Beta Community Support Assistant to work with us during the beta and help manage our user community on Discord.
The role
You will be one of the main points of contact for Genie Vault Open Beta users.
Your role will cover the day-to-day operational support of the beta community: helping users, answering questions, moderating Discord, collecting feedback, identifying bugs, tracking recurring issues and making sure important information reaches the product and technical team quickly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is organised, responsive and comfortable supporting users in a fast-moving beta environment.
You do not need to be a developer, but you should be confident helping users with mobile apps, asking clear follow-up questions and keeping feedback well organised.

About you
This role would suit someone who enjoys working directly with users and wants to be part of an early product launch.
You should be comfortable in a role where not every answer is already documented, and where part of the job is to spot patterns, ask the right questions and help the team understand what is happening in the community.
You should be patient with users, clear in your communication and able to stay organised when several conversations or issues are happening at the same time.
The right person will help make the Open Beta feel supported, structured and responsive.
Location and working style
This is a fully remote, contract role.
The role is focused on supporting UK Open Beta users, so availability during UK working hours is important.
Some flexibility may be needed during busier Open Beta periods, especially around user onboarding, announcements, feedback tasks, app updates or prize draw activity.
