Commercial & Operations Coordinator The Commercial & Operations Coordinator supports Infinity’s commercial performance by managing sales operations, performance reporting, CRM, and coordination of commercial activities . The role ensures that commercial data is accurate, processes are followed, meetings are effectively coordinated, and leadership has clear visibility over performance and pipeline status. By maintaining structure, consistency, and information flow, the role enables the commercial team to focus on value-driven engagement and deal execution. What You’ll Do Own and maintain the CRM system , ensuring accurate tracking of leads, meetings, pipeline stages, and deal status Prepare sales performance reports , dashboards, and pipeline summaries for management review Track key commercial metrics including leads, conversions, absorption, and revenue progress Coordinate internal and external sales meetings , site visits, and follow-ups Manage commercial calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics Ensure accuracy and completeness of commercial documentation, offers, and approvals Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support deal progression Maintain organized records of contracts, approvals, and commercial correspondence Flag inconsistencies, risks, or delays in commercial processes to management In addition to sales operations responsibilities, the role supports selected office and commercial team administrative needs , including coordination of internal commercial events, meetings logistics, and management of commercial-related office supplies and stationery, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.
