Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a skilled Cold Caller with proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting to join our real estate business development team. This role is essential in driving growth by connecting with potential buyers, sellers, and investors, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales consultants. Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting: Make daily calls/outreach to potential clients, introducing the company’s real estate services. Lead Generation (Non-Negotiable): Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through structured conversations. Appointment Setting (Non-Negotiable): Secure meetings for senior consultants with prospects who show genuine interest. Client Communication: Clearly articulate the company’s value proposition in real estate, building trust and rapport. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the company’s system. Market Feedback: Share insights from client conversations to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion. Requirements Mandatory Experience: Demonstrated success in lead generation and appointment setting within sales or real estate. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication; persuasive, professional, and confident on the phone. Language Proficiency: Strong command of English (spoken and written). Resilience: Ability to handle objections and rejections while maintaining professionalism. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and remote communication platforms.
