Learn more: lexoreg.io Role Description We are looking for a Co-Founder focused on Commercial & Go-to-Market to help build the business side of Lexoreg. This is a remote, full-time, equity-based co-founder opportunity based in Uusimaa, Finland . The selected person will work closely with the founding team to drive customer acquisition, business development, partnerships, market positioning, and revenue growth. The role includes building a scalable sales pipeline, identifying potential customers, managing outreach campaigns, creating go-to-market strategies, conducting market research, supporting product positioning, and helping Lexoreg reach its first commercial milestones. This is not a traditional employee role. We are looking for someone with a founder mindset who wants to take ownership, build from the early stage, and grow with the company. Detailed compensation, equity structure, responsibilities, and long-term commitment will be discussed during the interview process and finalized through a proper agreement. Responsibilities Build and manage Lexoreg’s sales and customer acquisition pipeline Identify potential customers in IoT, software, AI, cybersecurity, and compliance-related markets Lead outreach through LinkedIn, email, partnerships, and direct communication Support product positioning, messaging, and market research Develop go-to-market strategies for early customers and pilot users Build relationships with partners, consultants, and industry contacts Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the platform Support fundraising, investor communication, and business development when required Qualifications Strong skills in sales, marketing, business development, or go-to-market strategy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to research markets, identify opportunities, and understand customer needs Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and competition Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in an early-stage startup Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, IoT, AI, or B2B software Previous startup, leadership, sales, or co-founder experience is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, but practical experience matters more Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you: Can take ownership without waiting for instructions Are comfortable with early-stage startup risk Can communicate confidently with potential customers and partners Understand how to create business opportunities from scratch Want to build a serious long-term company, not just take a short-term role How to Apply Send a short message to [email protected] or apply through LinkedIn.
