Role Overview: Pentoz Technology is seeking a results-oriented Cloud Services Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for our cloud offerings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud technologies and a proven track record in selling cloud solutions, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Pentoz’s cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) including public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and engage with key decision-makers across industries. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Collaborate with technical teams, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM tools regularly. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently. Keep abreast of industry trends, cloud technology advancements, and competitive landscape. Participate in cloud-related events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to the overall growth of the sales team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5–8 years of experience in sales roles focused on cloud services or enterprise IT solutions. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies. Proven success in consultative and solution-based selling in a B2B environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage and influence C-level and technical stakeholders. Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and sales analytics software. Preferred: Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Sales Specialist, or Google Cloud Professional. Experience working with managed cloud services and hybrid cloud environments. Familiarity with cloud migration, DevOps, and cybersecurity solutions.
