Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10–40 hours/week What You'll Do Analyze cloud security scenarios across AWS, GCP, and Azure to identify risks, failure patterns, and real-world impact Review and evaluate IAM policies, networking configurations, storage permissions, and container security setups Classify security gaps, misconfigurations, and cloud-related failures based on blast radius and business risk Validate and improve AI-generated security reasoning to ensure it reflects how cloud incidents actually unfold Provide structured, expert feedback that directly shapes how AI models reason about cloud security Who You Are 2+ years of hands-on experience working with cloud environments in production (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) Solid understanding of cloud IAM, networking, storage, and container security concepts Familiarity with real-world misconfigurations, security incidents, and how they escalate Able to reason clearly about blast radius, risk exposure, and downstream business impact Strong written communication — you can explain complex security concepts clearly and concisely Nice to Have Experience in cloud security engineering, DevSecOps, or infrastructure security Familiarity with security frameworks like CIS Benchmarks, NIST, or CSA CCM Prior exposure to AI evaluation, red-teaming, or technical writing Why Join Us Work directly on cutting-edge AI systems built with top research labs Fully remote and flexible — work on your own schedule Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Make a meaningful impact on how AI understands and reasons about real-world security Potential for ongoing work and contract extension
