Key Responsibilities: • Design detailed AI training prompts simulating sprite management, physics, animations, scene transitions, UI elements, and core game logic for cross-platform environments. • Develop scene management systems, asset pipelines, and optimization techniques to ensure realistic and scalable training scenarios. • Implement physics simulations and game engine architecture to support high-fidelity training environments for AI models. • Apply Lua and JavaScript for scripting gameplay mechanics and dynamic content generation within training prompts. • Collaborate with AI teams to refine evaluation rubrics, ensuring alignment between game development challenges and model performance metrics. • Document technical specifications, workflows, and peer review processes to support knowledge sharing and iterative improvements. • Work autonomously while maintaining clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders across global teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in C++ and Cocos2d-x for cross-platform game development and integration with AI training environments. • Experience in game logic programming, physics simulation, and scene management for 2D/3D game engines. • Knowledge of asset management pipelines and optimization techniques to maintain performance in real-time systems. • Familiarity with Lua and JavaScript for scripting game mechanics and dynamic content generation in training scenarios. • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical requirements and provide constructive feedback. • Ability to design and implement evaluation rubrics that assess AI model performance in simulated game development contexts. • Prior experience in game development or related technical domains, with a focus on creating structured, reproducible scenarios.
