Who We Are Looking For
- Currently practising in an ambulatory, outpatient, or community-based clinical environment
- Directly involved in patient care delivery or care coordination
- Strong familiarity with day-to-day clinical workflows and operational processes
- Comfortable participating in a structured professional research survey
- Able to independently complete a 30-minute online survey
