As the organization continues to expand its development pipeline, they are seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Leader to support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical supply activities across multiple programs.

About the Rolle

The Clinical Supply Chain Leader will play a critical role in managing clinical supply activities from manufacturing through delivery to clinical sites. Working closely with CMC, Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners, this individual will help drive supply continuity, planning, logistics, and operational excellence across a growing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end clinical supply activities from external manufacturing partners to clinical sites
• Coordinate production planning, forecasting, inventory management, and supply execution activities
• Partner cross-functionally with CMC, Clinical Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and external vendors
• Monitor shipment execution and material movement while ensuring compliance with study requirements
• Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted product availability
• Analyze supply and manufacturing data, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Support batch reconciliation, supply performance reporting, and operational metrics
• Assist with the development and maintenance of logistics, pharmacy, and clinical supply documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and supply chain scalability efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Clinical Supply Chain, Supply Planning, Clinical Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, or related functions
• Experience supporting clinical-stage pharmaceutical, biotechnology, radiopharmaceutical, cell therapy, gene therapy, or other highly regulated products
• Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and distribution planning
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Radiopharmaceutical, nuclear medicine, isotope logistics, or time-sensitive product experience
• Import/export and global logistics experience
• Experience working with CMOs, CDMOs, and external manufacturing partners
• Smartsheet or similar project management platform experience
