About the Role We are looking for a Clinical Pharmacist – Freelancer to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on clinical pharmacy, medication management, pharmacotherapy, drug information, patient safety, and healthcare decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with AI-generated medical content, medication-related recommendations, pharmacology datasets, clinical scenarios, and healthcare reasoning tasks to help improve the accuracy, safety, and reliability of modern AI systems. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing AI technologies used in clinical decision support systems, healthcare assistants, medical knowledge platforms, pharmaceutical research, and next-generation healthcare applications. Responsibilities Evaluate, annotate, and review AI-generated responses related to pharmacology, therapeutics, medication management, and clinical pharmacy practice Assess AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, safety, evidence-based recommendations, and adherence to healthcare guidelines Identify medication-related errors, contraindications, drug interactions, dosing inaccuracies, and patient safety concerns Create realistic clinical pharmacy scenarios, medication review cases, and healthcare evaluation tasks Review pharmacotherapy recommendations across various therapeutic areas Support the development of high-quality datasets and evaluation frameworks for healthcare-focused AI systems Analyze AI-generated clinical reasoning and provide structured feedback for improvement Review peer-developed deliverables to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality Contribute domain expertise to improve AI understanding of medication use, patient counseling, and pharmaceutical care Assist in validating healthcare content used in AI training and evaluation workflows Requirements Bachelor's degree (PharmD, B.Pharm, M.Pharm) or equivalent qualification in Pharmacy Active clinical pharmacy experience in hospitals, healthcare institutions, clinics, or related settings Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, medication management, and patient safety principles Experience reviewing medication regimens, identifying drug interactions, and evaluating treatment plans Familiarity with evidence-based medicine, clinical guidelines, and pharmaceutical literature Ability to analyze complex clinical scenarios and provide detailed, structured feedback Strong attention to detail and commitment to healthcare quality standards Excellent written communication and documentation skills Familiarity with healthcare technologies, clinical decision support systems, or AI-assisted healthcare tools is a plus Previous experience in medical content review, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, or healthcare quality assurance is preferred Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay: ₹1,200/hour Fully remote with flexible working hours Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI and healthcare innovation Exposure to advanced AI evaluation systems and next-generation healthcare technologies Flexible project-based opportunities with global teams Work alongside experts from premier institutions and high-growth AI environments Contribute to improving the safety, accuracy, and effectiveness of AI-powered healthcare solutions
