About Us

Quote Magnet is a fast-growing US-based social media marketing agency serving the construction and remodeling industry. We sell marketing services (mainly facebook ads) to contractors, remodelers, and home services businesses across the country. We have approximately 80 active clients today and are on pace to triple in size over the next 3-6 months. Our team of 12 is lean, high-performing and growing fast to match the demand.

Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager at Quote Magnet, you will own the full client relationship for a portfolio of construction and remodeling companies who purchase leads from us. You are the bridge between our clients and our internal operations team—ensuring every client is properly onboarded, consistently communicated with, and continuously growing their lead packages.

Your core mission is retention and expansion. You will manage the day-to-day client experience, run check-in calls, proactively solve problems before they escalate, and identify opportunities to upsell clients into larger lead packages and additional markets.

This role is built for someone who is obsessed with client outcomes, thrives on ownership, and wants to grow into a leadership position as we scale our Client Success team.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationships – Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of construction and remodeling clients. Run regular check-ins, proactively communicate updates, and build trust through consistent results.
• Onboarding – Welcome new clients into the Quote Magnet ecosystem. Set clear expectations on lead volume, lead quality, timelines, and how to maximize their ROI from our leads.
• Retention & Churn Prevention – Monitor client health, spot warning signs early, and intervene before problems become cancellations. You own the retention number.
• Upselling & Expansion – Identify opportunities to grow accounts by recommending larger lead packages, additional markets, or new services based on performance data and client goals.
• Lead Quality Communication – Work closely with internal teams to relay client feedback on lead quality, volume, and targeting. Ensure the delivery matches or exceeds what was promised.
• Reporting & Insights – Provide clients with clear, data-driven updates on their lead performance. Provide leadership with visibility into account health, churn risk, and expansion pipeline.
• Process Improvement – Identify gaps in the client journey and help build repeatable systems that improve the experience for every client, not just your own accounts.

Requirements

• Fluent english with little to no foreign accent
• Previous experience working remotely for a US-based company or serving US-based clients
• 2+ years in a Client Success Manager role
• Background in digital marketing, lead generation, or paid advertising
• Strong communicator who can lead client calls with confidence and handle tough conversations with empathy
• Highly organized—you manage multiple accounts without letting anything slip
• Proactive problem solver who anticipates issues rather than reacting to them
• Comfortable with data—you use numbers to tell a story and drive decisions
• Ownership mentality—you don’t wait to be told what to do

Strong Bonus Points

• Experience working with construction, remodeling, or home services companies
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Meta Ads Manager, or similar lead gen platforms
• Previous work at a marketing agency or lead generation company
• Sales or upselling experience with a track record of growing accounts

Compensation & Growth

Base salary of $2,500-$3500/mo plus performance bonuses via Wise, Payoneer or preferreed payment method, tied to client retention, account expansion, and client satisfaction.

As Quote Magnet scales, this role has a clear growth path. We anticipate building a Client Success team over the next 6–12 months, and top performers will have the opportunity to move into a Director of Client Success role leading that team.
