Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced and client-focused Client Success Manager who will serve as the primary relationship owner for key client accounts while also acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. This role requires someone who is comfortable working directly with clients , understanding their operational challenges, and translating those needs into clear technical requirements for developers and solution architects. Experience with the Zoho ecosystem is a strong advantage , but the most important qualities for this role are strong client management skills, business analysis capability, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business leaders and technical teams . The ideal candidate is someone who can guide clients strategically, ensure successful project execution, and maintain long-term partnerships. This is a fully remote role working with a North American company. Candidates must have strong written and verbal English and be comfortable working EST hours. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and decision makers Conduct regular meetings to review project progress, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities Ensure clients receive proactive communication, updates, and support throughout the project lifecycle Manage client expectations and maintain high levels of satisfaction Business Requirements & Solution Planning Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes, operational challenges, and system requirements Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and technical specifications Collaborate with clients to design scalable solutions using Zoho applications and integrations Provide recommendations on process optimization, automation, and system architecture Document workflows, system architecture, and proposed solutions Project Coordination & Delivery Work closely with developers, solution architects, and QA teams to ensure accurate project execution Translate requirements into well-defined development tasks and project plans Monitor project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Ensure development work aligns with both technical standards and client business goals Coordinate testing, feedback cycles, and final deployment Zoho Platform Guidance Advise clients on best practices across the Zoho ecosystem , including but not limited to: Zoho CRM Zoho Books Zoho Projects Zoho Desk Zoho Creator Zoho Analytics Zoho Flow and integrations Support clients in maximizing the value of their Zoho investment through improved workflows and automation. Documentation & Communication Create clear documentation including: Business requirements documents Solution architecture outlines Workflow diagrams Project notes and meeting summaries Ensure smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership . Deployment & Adoption Support clients during testing, rollout, and system adoption Assist with training sessions, user onboarding, and change management Ensure successful implementation and long-term system usage.
